The UK BROKER AWARDS 2008
As you know, Insurance Age sponsors the UK Broker Awards (previously the Insurance
Age Awards). The UK Broker Awards are the UK's only broker-focused insurance industry
awards, which recognise both excellence and innovation within the UK broking sector.
Oak Underwriting are sponsoring the "Private Clients Intermediary" award and this
is open to any FSA-regulated general insurance broker or independent intermediary
operating in the UK general insurance market. The judges will be looking for a company
that can demonstrate a real commitment to meeting customer needs in the private
clients sector, including the service offering and policy wording. Private clients
are defined for this category as relating to individual policies of over £1,000
for home insurance related cover. The judges will be looking for evidence of a high
quality service across all their activities, and a proven track record for innovation
and expansion within existing or into new markets.

coveted award provides an excellent promotional device and marketing opportunity
on a regional and national level.
