TRANSFER OF UNDERWRITING CAPACITY

We are pleased to announce that with effect from 1^st April 2008 our underwriting capacity will be provided by Brit Insurance Limited who are affirmed an 'A' (excellent) rating by A M Best.

Oak will continue to be autonomous in every respect with existing service standards being maintained. All policies will continue to be issued on our 'All Risks' warranty free wording, and the existing claims settlement authority remains unaltered.

I emphasise that Brit and Oak will continue to operate as separate entities and manage their portfolios with an entirely detached management and structure.
